OWNERS REPRESENTATION
An owner’s representative acts on behalf of the owner’s interest and is a project manager for the development. An owner’s rep identifies the next steps in a project and keeps it moving forward - helping to build the team and set up the process. Most importantly, the owner’s rep communicates, tracks, and responds so important milestones don’t fall through the cracks. This includes assistance with managing schedule, budget, and eliminating as many unknowns as possible.
