Madison Energy Infrastructure opened a new office in 2025 located in the heart of the downtown Charlottesville. Team members of this location were interested in a space that supported their lifestyle and office culture for its young and active staff. While individual work spaces were a priority, the design consisted of several meeting spaces and social areas where colleagues could collaborate or enjoy time spent with each other during lunch or after hours. The design featured work space centered around views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and harvesting maximum daylight from the existing storefront window system. Built-in planters also offered ways to have tangible connections to nature and divide the workspaces.

Scope included conceptual design, construction documentation/administration services, and furniture specifications.
