RUGBY RENOVATION
A early 1900s house on Rugby Road was renovated and modernized to accommodate a growing family with 2 young children. The exterior scope of work included window and door replacements, a new rear screened-in porch, and exterior re-finishing. Interior interventions included demolishing an existing kitchen and butler’s pantry to combine into a large family-style kitchen, the conversion of a detached den into an attached playroom, the reconfiguration of the master suite, and a new mudroom.
