A young couple purchased a serene piece of land in Fluvanna County surrounded by woods, an open meadow, and a view towards a pond. This project aimed to embrace the this rich and varied landscape through its siting between existing mature trees and along the contours of the existing topography, ultimately providing the residents a direct connection to the land from all locations of the house. Program included a great room with kitchen/dining/living to enhance socialization, a spacious primary suite, outdoor living, and a garage/workshop space.
